MARTINSBURG - Dec. 9 - Things are moving along in the eastern panhandle. Registration is now open for the spring season with Panhandle Lacrosse for Boys and Girls, 6-14 as of 9/1/11. Registration deadline is January 13 at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Rec Center. Anyone interested in coaching should email panhandlelax@yahoo.com
